Our Foundation Replacement Process
- Begin by assessing the entire foundation to determine the best options for lift points and cribbing locations.
- All utilities are turned off and disconnected.
- A support system is installed to evenly lift and level the home in certain locations.
- Cribbing is put in place to support the home.
- Tear down and remove the existing foundation.
- Rebuild the foundation using blocks or pouring new concrete walls.
- House is lowered down onto the new foundation.
- Utilities are reconnected and turned back on.
- Foundation is now restored and will support your home!
